Russian 'Stealth Destroyer' Just a Sales Gimmick?

Ok few problems with this Pravda ??? the Russian propaganda newspaper , whats next Russia with a Flying Stealth Tank with Lasers come on now.

I'd like to clear your confusion that even we Indians build them (refer to PROJECT 15A for Indian Navy). And we're pretty new in this field (project is around 2 years old I guess). Considering that, Russians are much more experienced in shipbuilding and stealth isn't a new concept for them.
