Someone just stole 1 billion $ from Moldova's banks a couple of months ago and this is a country with a nominal GDP of 8 billion $.Yet,they can't really seem to find a guilty party and that's because you don't go to jail in Moldova if you "grease" the right people.It's a failed state divided between the Russian mafia,Russian oligarchs and local douches.
