2) I tried watching the video and of course its a poor quality video but I couldn't make out anything that OBVIOUSLY made those Fulcrums Ukrainian. Whether its the camo or the markings. In fact, I thought I saw a Red star. So not sure.

What's is strange about these Migs is that, they are already in pretty bad shape and also they are placed so tightly to each other.

My assessment is they are out of commission migs

Also Soviet Birds are usually in worse condition to nato counter parts where birds are always kept tip top. These machines are not race cars where cosmetic are everything.

In regards to why these are so close.
Could be human error,
Could be the whole situation where a group was being serviced as since Ruskis have been taking out the air field which leaves limited space to park existing working fleet.
Could be these planes were about to be stored so they can be saved.
Could be anything no one can say much unless you were in russian or Ukrainian higher command
