Featured Russia want to sell SU-35 to Pakistan: BBC Urdu

.
Su-35 only if Russia gives PAF a complete authority of systems/sub systems.

Their airframe, Their engine, Our Electronics, Our system & Our Weapons.
It was some talk show I will post it here if I found it
Unlike IAF I dont believe PAF will talk about such matters on a talks how.

Please do, as a lot of Indian Fake BS on this forum, be good to see some proof. I will wait.
Russia is a more like a small time grocery shop, cash payment only, no credit no aid not concession .. as long as Pakistan can afford to to buy close to 60% of Russian weapons export annually in cash, Russia will be your BFF.

India is the largest market for Russian weapons accounting for 60% of of annual revenue. As soon as Russia sells combat weapons to Pakistan to be used against India, they would also need to find a replacement of Indian market. If Pakistan can be that replacement, well it good. otherwise these are all fantasy speculations.

MI-35 cannot fire it's missiles against Indian tanks? JF-17 Engines automatically turn off when facing Indian planes? Is reality a realm you ever entered?

MI 35 for anti insurgency ops and RD-93 is sold to the OEM, who re-supply to the assembly line. Wake me up when you have Su-35 parked in PAF tarmac

At over 70 Feet in length, SU-35 is like a Telegraph pole with wings.
I doubt such a large aircraft fits into PAF's doctrine.
We don't need it. Mighty PAF can fight IAF with gliders armed with slingshots. Oh we don't have budget. Best AirForce in the world. Best training in the world
Not only Islamabad but many other cities including Sialkot, We can shoot down that thing but decided not to pay attention.
I guess you also believe that PAF had loadshedding when Americans were doing their false flag in Abbotabad??
If we are being realistic our Naval Air Arm sure could use 18-30 of these.

Ah, so suddenly there are exceptions to your rule that you secretly have information on? So you are saying Russian MI-35 and Kornet missiles cannot be used against Indian armour? You have confidential specific assureances on this that are available to only Indian PDF members I imagine? Or you are just making up every post as you go along? What is it?

No one will "wake you up" buddy, as we see you for what you are, another Indian troll or multipole ID member who got banned.

If PAF need the su35 type fighter now they can get a varient of j16 with al41 .

But to afford this fighter is going to be a challenge for Pakistan. Not only this plane is expensive but has a very high cost to operate per sortie .

It do brings in long range strike capability to paf

The J-16 if preferable over any Russian option for another reason, even if only procured in relatively small numbers. One squadron of J-16D (electronic attack variant), spread out over the country would allow at least a couple of planes to be available in each of the three PAF sectors as well as to support the navy at any given time.

I think any major system like the SUs are extremely unlikely from the Russian sources. What is a realistic possibility is utilization of Russian finances and expertise in key note developments/such as the Gas pipeline from Iran, revival of the steel mills, setting up smaller specialized steel mills, hydroelectric projects and metallurgical training. Subassembly of RD series engines might also be a worth while project. Beyond that mediums range missiles for trials and evaluation might be another possibility. Anything more is going to be complex and asking for trouble.

How does Pakistan balance the realistic possibility you mention above with the equally realistic probability of facing widespread economic sanctions? Of course, Pakistan can make the calculation that it can withstand sanctions and go ahead.

I dont think Pakistan is in any way capable of handling any restricted access much less sanctions. It is a house of cards which will fall at the slightest of nudge. The counter question really is whether the West would want an economically bankrupt nuclear nation. I suspect this will be
more of a headache than a benefit. However what I have suggested in the form of infrastructure projects will to my meagre understanding not invite sanctions which is why I suggested that. Other arms like BUK /Pantsir can be acquired. Larger ticket items are and will remain off limits and contrary to general perceptions will cause major hassles for integration and acquisition. I also think it is the wrong time to be buying 4th generation platforms as it is increasingly likely future 5th gen platforms may well be twin engined.

@Irfan Baloch you still want to laugh with big open mouth?
I knew this is coming . Induction of Su-35 in PAF will be a game changer. It will surpass all the jets indians brag about including rafales and Su-30.
Superior PAF training on a jet like Su-35 is a very deadly combination.

Game changer for the Indians. Rafale with its AESA and meteors will easy squat all the SU-35. SU-35's techs are not made to compete in today's high-tech air battles. Despite Russia's boast, the Snow Leopard is still a PESA. With today's advanced missiles (even the American AIM-120C or D), a SU-35 has no chance of escaping once a missile is locked onto it.
