Even after the encirclement is completed Ukraine will try to cut through encirclement by bringing in more artillery and drones from around or if not enough from other countries to detect Russian positions and attack. The cure for artillery is if enemy does not have high altitude sam missile systems around that position are medium altitude drones like Orion(or Iraninan Shahed-149 or Chinese similar systems.) Equipped with Atgms or better from much longer ranges if equipped with Sdbs. Russian forpost or similar uavs can also be used to detect artillery from closer ranges around 5km altitude alerting other Uavs. It is difficult to hit them with only manpads and they fly too high for Ukranian aa guns. Then larger Uavs like Orion to attack from high altitude and from much longer ranges with sdbs from within Russian controlled airspace.
Even if they bring a few Buk to Avdiivka area they can bring down some drones but their position would be revealed and replacing Buks etc. is not easy for Ukraine.

Footage has been published showing a Russian kamikaze drone “Lancet” destroying a Su-25 aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force. This is the second case when a Lancet drone destroys a Ukrainian plane; we previously talked about it. The plane was again destroyed at the Krivoy Rog airfield Dolgintsevo, 70 kilometers from the front line, apparently the Russian army is using new modifications of drones. After the drone hit, a fire started in the Su-25 aircraft.

The three Baltic states together need a larger amount of weapons than Finland. In every category of weapons Finland has, the Baltic need more. The Baltic states would use these weapons to hold off the invading Russians, while NATO Europe help arrives.
Sweden would help EU partner Finland. Germany would help the Baltic. Germany would only face encirclement without a Baltic rearmament. The Baltic states need over 150K shoulder fired anti-tank weapons for instance. Hundreds of howitzers. And hundreds or thousands of mortars. Along with air defenses of various means, drones, small arms, armored vehicles, etc.
Germany has to get onto making laser air defenses. And develop ways to destroy laser air defenses - swarms, etc.
