Russia accidentally shells its own troops for two hours mistaking them for Ukranian Soliders !!!!

>> you all should watch this - crazy Russian red on red action…
The Russians lack of surveillance capabilities, no surprise they kill themselves.

On other news, Uncle Kim is on a visit to Russia. Putin will ask him for artillery shells in exchange for foods. The Russians have mountains of artillery shells, reportedly 20 million, but the mountains slowly melting to zero. Putin will carry on this war until the bitter end.

.
And now we have the wonderful Ukrainian President, Zelensky, threatening countries that are hosting millions of Ukrainian refugees with terrorism, if we don’t continue funneling hundreds of billions of dollars to fund this endless war.

All lies. I have listened to the entire interview here https://www.economist.com/podcasts/...about-how-ukraine-is-preparing-for-a-long-war

He makes no such reference.
1. It is wrong and shameful to be posting lies. Everybody has a right to their opinion if you are basing them on facts. For the professionalism of this forum, don't blindly post s**t just because it seems good to you.
2. And if you are posting this knowingly, then its pretty clear that things have gotten so bad that you have to resort to lies to make your case and reality has already passed you by. Much like Putin meeting North Korea: war has just become that bad

First the seaborne attack to take out the radar a few weeks ago, and then now this. Those two ships are of the Black Sea fleet. And this is Russian admission so damage likely to be more

Russia says Crimean shipyard on fire, two ships damaged in Ukraine missile attack

Sept 13 (Reuters) - The Sevastopol Shipyard on the Crimean Peninsula was on fire early on Wednesday and two ships were damaged after Ukraine launched 10 missiles and three speedboat attacks on the port, Russia's defence ministry said.

Seven missiles were downed by Russia's air defence systems and all three boats were destroyed by a patrol ship, the ministry said in a statement on the Telegram messaging app.

"As a result of being hit by enemy cruise missiles, two ships under repair were damaged," the ministry said.

Mikhail Razvozhayev, the Moscow-installed governor of Sevastopol, the largest city in Crimea and a major Black Sea port, said on Telegram that at least 24 people were injured.

"All emergency services are working on the site, there is no danger to civilian objects in the city," Razvozhayev said.

The strategic shipyard on the peninsula, which Russia annexed from Ukraine in 2014, builds and repairs ships and submarines of the Russian Black Sea Fleet. The fleet has launched numerous drone and missile attacks on Ukraine.

Razvozhayev posted a nighttime photo of flames engulfing what seemed to be port infrastructure. Russian Telegram channels posted videos and more photos of massive flames at a facility alongside the water.

Reuters could not independently verify the report. There was no immediate comment from Kyiv.

Ukraine almost never publicly claims responsibility for attacks inside Russia or on Russian-controlled territory in Ukraine, but has been saying in recent months that destroying Russia's military infrastructure helps Kyiv's counteroffensive.

Combined strike of the Ukrainian army on Sevastopol on September 13. On the night of September 13, the Ukrainian Armed Forces carried out a large-scale missile attack on a ship repair plant in Sevastopol using cruise missiles and naval drones. The thirteenth ship repair plant in the Kilen-balka area was hit. There was also a hit at Sevmorzavod, a shipbuilding enterprise on the ship side of Sevastopol. Explosions were also heard in the Inkerman area, where ships and submarines of the Russian Black Sea Fleet are based. To strike Sevastopol, 10 cruise missiles and three naval drones were used. At the time of the attack, the shipyard was home to a large landing ship and a KILO-class submarine. The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that two ships under repair were damaged. It is also reported that 7 out of 10 Ukrainian cruise missiles were shot down and 3 naval drones were destroyed. As a result of the strike, according to preliminary information, a total of 24 people were injured, 4 were in moderate condition.

Looks like a mine.

Russia is turtling in with millions of them.
Will be ugly and slow work getting through.

I think Nato should focus on artillery support. Western counterbattery and range is far superior. Let russia bleed out on that aspect by seriously upping the ammo and numbers.

Though russia can buy time with throwing cannon fodder to the trenches. A lot relies on western supporters patience and stomach for a long war. Key will be the american elections….if the Maga pro-russians win there will be a quick drop of support which would force ukraine to concede crimea/donbass

Let's be honest, Ukrainians are being used as cannon fodder in this conflict. They are being led to an early grave, and this could have been avoided. I'm in no way suggesting that what the Russians are doing is right, but things could have taken a different turn if rational minds had handled this situation. This entire conflict seems like nothing more than a chest-beating tournament. I mean, why isn't NATO sending its troops in full support? This massacre could have been prevented if those in power had considered the repercussions of such a war on the citizens of both countries.
In the end, this war will likely be resolved through negotiations at the peace table, just like many other wars. So, why not start those discussions now? Is it really so crucial for a few politicians to feel invincible, or can't this issue be resolved peacefully?
Biden,Macroon,Rishi and Putin all same. Putting their ego ahead of their people.
