Absolutely, for defending the country from external threats and customers/allies willing to pay an unsubsidized price for them.

But I will continue to oppose the US Establishment stoking and funding unnecessary wars overseas, such as the one in Ukraine, that only cause more bloodshed and global economic losses and siphon money away from domestic education, healthcare, infrastructure, social security and other social welfare nets.

At some point the ‘boys’ in the Pentagon, intelligence and State need to finally grow up and stop playing games with other peoples lives.

if Russia finds out this did indeed come from Estonia this opens up a whole new war front

A new development of the SBU: footage of the testing of cardboard drones that attacked the airfield in Kursk appeared

According to our information, such drones are invisible to enemy radars. As the test showed, after the explosion, striking elements cover a fairly large area, enough to damage even a large aircraft.

It was with the help of these cardboard drones that military counter-intelligence officers of the SBU attacked the airfield in Kursk, Russia, on the night of August 27. Then they damaged four SU-30 aircraft and one MIG-29. The S-300 complex's radars and two "Pantsyri" are also among the targets hit.

Thanks to the non-standard approaches of specialists from the SBU, Russians now have one more nightmare.

Additionally - the 2x damaged IL-76 are beyond repair from a number of reports that i have seen. They have over 100 of these planes, so losing 4 wont hurt much beyond their pride though.

Couple that with Mig29s, Su30s and Tu-24 aircraft - all of which were destroyed on the ground in the last few days - it has not been a good week for the russian airforce.

New aircrafts are build to replace sovjet era manufactured IL-76. Production capacity is 5 per year. Ukraine did one of two: reduced the fleet with 5% or they nullified a years production.

If yes, who’s paying for it, any why should Ukraine, out of all the conflicts and issues in the world, be prioritized for spending American taxpayer money?

How about getting rid of geo-political threat with the price of of 1 coffee cup? The War in ukraine is once in a century geo-political boon. It's actually more stupid not to send money to ukraine.
