The grain deal..that “mere” 3% to that russian selection of poorer countries still amounted to almost 1 million ton.

Also again completely ignoring the negative impact on price spiking by blockading global food supplies.
Africa imports 125 million tons of wheat and grain. Now what is a price spike of 20% going to do for these countries??
for same amount of money they can buy now 25 million tons less.

Putin plays the hunger game. He stops the grains deal then bombs Ukraine grains depots, silos. He threatens to bomb any ship that heads to Ukraine sea ports. His intention is clear: causing grain shortage in the market then selling Russia grains at higher prices.
Of course he wants to be seen as the messiah if he donates some peanuts to poor countries in Africa.

I've been saying this for a while now but the reason for the stalemate is because both sides are suffering from inadequate combined arms capabilities when they advance, resulting in massive losses when each respective side tries to advance. Although they each have their strengths - the Russians with numbers, and the Ukrainians with better training and Western intelligence and support - neither side has managed to deploy effective air cover when they advance. This is amply demonstrated when both sides defend against the other's advances, but it's more damning for the Russians than the Ukrainians given their on-paper air force, but lack of training and poor tactics means their on-paper capability is just that, on paper. The West either needs to equip the Ukrainians with adequate air assets to provide cover (I think the A-10 and/or Cobras would actually be a better option than the Viper), or provide better intelligence for their advances, otherwise the Ukrainians are unlikely to make much headway before the onset of winter.

Russian losses now exceed 11,400

Wait - so Russia has lost 11,400 + military vehicles and Ukraine is still losing the war? that's proof of how incompetent Ukraine's military is, because its opponent's military equipment is very destroyed and it is still losing territories and cant break through south eastern Ukraine despite all the NATO help- no wonder NATO is already suggesting Ukraine start negotiations with Russia secretly. Ukraine can replace everything but competent soldiers. Ukraine military probably collapses by end of this year, and then NATO has to decide what next.

THen why did Ukraine launch its do-or-die desperate offensive in southern Ukraine when it has no airforce? your point proves that Ukraine's offensive is doomed, is that right?

But then is the case, then why couldn’t Russia proceed but a few Kms during its own winter offensive?

multiple reasons- no need to rush to lose more lives, lower # of active troops on the battlefield, more entrenched Ukrainian forces (now Ukraine military can be beat up by even 3rd world countries since its so battered and cant exist without NATO support)
