Russia has fought NATO+ US + 56 other nations and most of the Western World in Bakhmut and won

even US artillery stocks in Middle East were shipped to Ukraine including stock held by Israel

they threw everything at Bakhmut and yet Russia still beat them back

Russian weapons production can outstrip any nation on earth this is what they have ways done and will always do this is Russia the World largest country

keep dreaming because when you wake up most of Ukraine will belong to Russia

Somehow the valiant Russians are fighting all this but its capital and its border cities are not attacked? They are still not attacked and only dying on foreign land becuase NATO is fighting with 5-10% of its fighting resources. Repositioning weapons isupplies means nothing

Evidently the love fest of not having $s as the currency for trade between in Russia and India and shifting to Indian Rupee has come to an early end. As expected , the Russians have no use for BS indian Rupee worth tens of billions of $ because there is nothing India can sell them.

India and Russia have suspended efforts to settle bilateral trade in rupees after months of negotiations failed to convince Moscow to keep rupees in its coffers, two Indian government officials and a source with direct knowledge of the matter said. This would be a major setback for Indian importers of cheap oil and coal from Russia who were awaiting a permanent rupee payment mechanism to help lower currency conversion costs. With a high trade gap in favour of Russia, Moscow believes it will end up with an annual rupee surplus of over $40 billion if such a mechanism is worked out and feels rupee accumulation is 'not desirable', an Indian government official, who did not want to be named, told Reuters. The Union Finance Ministry, the Reserve Bank of India and Russian authorities did not immediately respond to requests for comment. The rupee is not fully convertible. India's share of global exports of goods also is just about 2 percent and these factors reduce the necessity for other countries to hold rupees. India started exploring a rupee settlement mechanism with Russia soon after the invasion of Ukraine in February last year, but there has been no reported deal done in rupees. Most trade is in dollars but an increasing amount is being carried out in other currencies like the UAE dirham. The two sides have spoken about facilitating trade in local currencies but the guidelines were not formalised. Russia is not comfortable holding rupees and wants to be paid in Chinese yuan or other currencies, a second Indian government official involved in the discussions said. "We don't want to push rupee settlement any more, that mechanism is just not working. India has tried everything we could to try and make this work but it hasn't helped," a third source who is directly aware of the developments said. Since Russia's invasion of Ukraine on Feb. 24 last year, India's imports from Russia have risen to $51.3 billion until April 5, from $10.6 bln in the same period in the previous year, according to another Indian government official. Discounted oil has constituted a large part of India's imports, surging twelve-fold in the period. Exports from India in the same period fell slightly to $3.43 bln from $3.61 bln in the previous year, the official said. Another official said both countries have started looking for alternatives after the rupee settlement mechanism did not work out but did not give details. TRADE ON TRACK The sources said trade with Russia has been continuing despite sanctions and payment issues. "Right now we are making some payments in dirham and a few other currencies but the majority is still in dollars. Settlement is happening in different ways, third-party countries are also being used," one of the government officials said. Indian traders are currently also settling some of the trade payments outside Russia, the officials said. "Third parties are being used to settle trade with Russia. There is no ban on transacting with other countries over SWIFT. So payments are being made to a third country which routes it or offset it for their trade with Russia," the other official said. On whether money was also being routed via China, the official said: "Yes, including China".

IMO you should be allowed to deny the Holocaust, if you want to make an idiot out of yourself, yes fine, do it.

I still see many more things in a "greyish-area" regarding Germany in WW2, especially role of ordinary German soldiers, no matter if Heer, Luftwaffe (Fallschirmjaeger and Luftwaffen-Felddivisionen) or Waffen-SS in the HC.
I'm for completely free speech as long as you don't directly attack people.

To me Holocaust denial is a complicated matter. I can understand countries that legalize it for the value of free speech. Specially in a world where many countries do not enjoy this basic privileges.

I can also understand countries like Germany where it is illegal because of their past .Or countries where there are many survivors living that think they just don't have to hear this shit.

I also respect the opinion of Deborah Lipstadt , who is an historian who lectured on this issue , actually made her fame on it , but still thinks that : the value of free speech is more important. Denial should be battled not ignored , but not be illegal

I would not say it does not bothers me , I find many times denial borders spreading racial hatred or simply slander which is also and offence.

As for Germany role in world war two , I can say that no nation in modern history is responsible for something As Evil ( not that there are other contestants to this tittle . . )

But i can say no other nation in history ever took responsibility for there past actions , the way the German people have. ( Actually i can't think of any nation that took responsibility to their past actions. )

Germany really took a U turn i think much because of the lessons of WW2 .And today are are leading the world on issues of freedom and human rights.

As I pointed out in the many articles I linked, artillery is one of the most important equipment Ukraine has, and Ukraine has thousands. Europe needs 10s of 1000s, costing at most only the aid given to Ukraine, with a towed howitzer cost of 3-5 million. It is the insurance policy of a lifetime.
