India never saw 4 obsolete Mi-35 as a security threat, so that is the reason the deal went forward.
I do not see why India should object to sales of helicopters, transport aircraft, armored vehicles and warships.

India will allow only the sale of Helos like Mi-17, Mi-35, APCs, patrol boats and transport planes other than small arms.I do not see why India should object to sales of helicopters, transport aircraft, armored vehicles and warships.

There are no negotiations, and especially the signing of contracts between" Rosoboronexport "and the Ministry of Defence, Pakistan is not planned"

Umm the thread is giving impression that nothing is happening between Pakistan and Russia but does it mean that all RD-93s will go back, MI-35 deal is scrapped?
Nonetheless yes with there are no negotiations or contracts signing thing going on because the things have not even reached that level. Ofcourse they are right.
So Russia has to seek permission from India on sales of equipment? On the contrary India did not have the heart to see single digit 8 F-16s go to Pakistan and U are saying U ll allow anything sold to Pakistan? Heck even U have issues with Russia conducting exercises with Pakistan and I have listen this now?
India inducted the Mi-35 in the 1980s. It is 30 years old platform. It is still capable. When was the last time armed helicopters changed the course of conventional war. With 4 choppers you could not conduct an effective COIN campaign.Great excuse once your grapes go sour lol.
The Mi-35 deal is symbolic and of great importance since its the beginning of a nre era of Pak-Russian friendship.
BTW, Indian media and some posters here totally went overboard with the Mi-35 which you call obsolete. There were calls to boycott Russia at all.
There are plenty of options for attack helicopter. The Mi-35 is an old platform. I am sure there will be mandarins in Delhi who would not like anything delivered to Pakistan. If Pakistan has the money there are going to purchase some weapons.

Pakistan inducted the F-16 in the eightees, that too is a 30+ year old platform and you are now drooling all over it, desperate to make it in India.
The F-16 A/B inducted in the 1980s are outdated. USA has a upgrade package for those F-16s. Russians have nothing comparable on the Mi-35

trolling and jingoism aside, for the medium to long term, and for at least the lifespan of the flanker, and very likely the FGFA next in the Indian military, PAK will not get anything too significant from the Russians. I think the establishments in all three countries understand the current dynamics well enough.Ironic how you did.
Rewind a few years and you will even find Indians boasting how Russia would never sell RD-93 engines to Pakistan!
The much touted Russian defence ministers statement about "we don't lick our own spit aka never selling anything to Pak"..
Than the same was said about Mi-35s.
Today Pak is holding joint naval, army, airforce and SF EXs with Russia..
They Russians are offering us their equipment and you are repeating the same shytty mantra.
