Yes with a investment of 1 billion dollars, and news of short range missile purchase ( which I doubt will be very short range ).

This is the first time I have seen Saudi Arabia flex muscle, and do some maneuvering; I can't say I don't like it.

I think KSA and the rest of ME would be interested in old Chinese Short and Medium range missiles with Baido upgrade for precision strike. I am sure Chinese would be ready to sold all of them at cheaper price too.

These missiles will allow them to make strikes at a much cheaper rate and effectively while not putting a human life in harms way.

Saudis buying Russian weapons. That would certainly be an interesting development. Assuming the Saudis get these weapons, will they use them against Houthis in Yemen and Asad in Syria ? How would Russia feel about it's weapons being used against it's friend Asad in Syria and it's friend Iran's friend the Houthis in Yemen. If it happens it certainly will be a very dangerous scenario with unknown consequences.
