If i were Indonesian top brass i will be more considering Eurofighter consortium offer of line production assembly and transfer technology scheme as their partnership and transfer technology to us had been proven with the manufacturing of CN-235 series and Euro helicopter series like Fennec and Cougar.

It is a development of Su 27, not a brand new design. Thrust Vectoring and the avionic (particularly Ibris radar) that make it special. There is STEALTH feature as well. It is also made to increase its economical use from order design Su 27/30.

We have already designed STEALTH plane (KFX/IFX) with South Korea, the final designed has finish. Just need detail design for the next development, so our current need (TOT) must be in avionics, thrust vectoring data/ knowledge, and radar absorbent material to help the program. I dont know what Russia want to offer regarding TOT, but what we really want is the deal that can help KFX/IFX program.

Be careful of Russia ToT. Look at Indian T-90 saga. The promise of T-90 MBT ToT turn out to be just assemble of it. The critical know how of making gun barrel and the rounds are still kept by the Russian. Indian forces to pay high price just to import more rounds.

SU-30s can be easily upgraded to match the capabilities of SU-35 that's why we are not intrested but that doesn't mean its a bad aircraft it's one of the best in its class

That will be out of your budget. Greece goes bankrupt and many of their F-16 Blk 52 are rotting. Countries shall learn to spend within their limit.

Hardly as Indonesia currently spent less than 1 per-cent of her GDP for Defense spending and less than four per-cent of her National budget for defense spending
