Russia supplying Pakistan with SU-35 would only have been possible if India would had ditched Russia completely but India has billions of dollars of deals worth with Russia both in defense and civilian domain. IMHO, there's no harm in it as far as Pak is concerned since long her counter plans must have been partially based on India's having Russian equipment. So, from a continuity point of view it's a plus..

there is a "plan" to sell once an agreement has been reached. There is still negotiations going on AND technical reviews to see if it can meet our stringent requirements or not so OF COURSE there are no "plans" to sell these birds (yet). We're not even sure if we want it yet. There is a ton of requirements that we have so we'll see if we are interested or not.

If your question is about su35 then there is no deal yet. Its been offered officially but our side is still negotiating and looking into if it actually meets our requirements or not
