Russia invites Pakistan to invest in Sukhoi Jetliner program.

.
PAF has lots of offers on the table for the fifth-generation jet fighter. Let's see which one PAF picks.

Far more reliable than India media which is plagued by yellow journalism.
I hope PAF picks at least 1 of the offer n don't sit idle...like they have been for past many years in introducing new front liner platforms

Can any of you confirm this....

As much as I want to believe this, I'll have to take it with a truck full of salt. The nature of cooperation between Russia and Pakistan is not cordial enough to allow for joint development programs, especially in fields like aerospace where Russia has far greater experience than Pakistan does.
It will be a major achievement if they allow us access to their complete range of off-the-shelf products, JD is still a far off prospect.

I believe in the end its all about who has the deeper pockets...russia will never tilt to our side in this way unless we can offer them ample investments in their defence industry and that for the forseeable future we just cant. We have a great partner in the shape of china which can provide us with minimum deterence through self reliance , hence i dont see us working on jd projects with russia either.

Don't see PAF joining it at all , plus we need more proof of this report.
It seems the news agency mixes things up, the offer was for a passenger plane project.

.
change the title to civilian aviation plane

.
Everyone knows its not true :-) but still continue and have even talked about rejecting the offer

. .
Pakistan is not in position to invest. They have lot of loans and commitment from CPEC.

. .
If PAF is it should take part so when time comes to make money they can sell these planes with the russians to make money hehey kaisa 3 :smokin::partay::dance3:
