We choose Ukraine engines for L15, Ukraine is very competitive when it comes to Russia. We want this, and Russia quote sky high price,and we turn to Ukraine for lower quote. Russia accuse Ukraine for undercut, protest void. India should do the same and buy some stuff from Ukraine for lower price, that will impose pressure for Russia. Most importantly, they never delay.
