Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese all smoke alot. The room would be filled with the smell.

Depends on the person, buddy. If you're to generalize the men, specially younger men, sure. I'd agree with you. Japanese and Korean men --- we will go to the karaoke bars in any country we visit. Go to any karaoke bars or dance bars in Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, Taiwan, --- you'll see us there. But the women ? No, they tend to be more refined , quieter, you'll find our women in the malls. You'll find Japanese or Korean women at any Fendi, Dior, Coach, Gucci, LV outlet , store. lol.

I will say this tho-- from my experience with hanging out with Korean men tourists --- they're hardcore in the karaoke competition. That and they can handle hard liquor. When they sing, you can hear them...

However, now there are plenty of very well traveled Indian tourists who offer a different, far more flattering image but the groups do behave in a particular manner & will for quite some time.

Yes, there has been a more than perceptible change in Indians behaviour as tourists, but to me that is because these same groups of people have started traveling abroad more frequently - the middle and upper middle class.

The Indian lower middle class and lower class still behaves the same way because they have rarely if ever traveled abroad. And right now, few can afford it.

In case of China, the economic growth has been deeper and has reached this group more..so even this group is traveling abroad, which is a cause of problem for China's image.

With time, this problem will reduce, no doubt.

Some Chinese are suddenly getting rich, they should not forget to look out their behaviors. The level of civiliazation accompany with the development of this country, China need improvement, so does Vietnam, maybe even worse.
