Rostvertol moves production of Mi-2A helos to China

A new 224 million dollar factory is being built by Rostvertol's Chinese partner Xiao. They have contracts to build roughly 100 Mi-2A for the Chinese market every year. The Russian light helo market can only absorb about 30 Mi-2A's a year by comparison. Rostvertol is increasingly becoming less of a Russian company and more of a Chinese one with joint ventures with China increasingly accounting for a larger, and larger share of its business.
