He is 100% right, Its the exclusive right of PM or President to speak with nation on national day. PA chief is a servant of federal govt, like chiefs of other services and Institutions. Why can't speeches of PAF, PN, Supreme court CJM, Governor of Pak Reserve Bank and NAB chifs shown on TV. Does PA chief is above others?? No, in the eyes of constitution all are equal except CJM, who enjoys special rights given by PAK constitution and can summon every & each one of them including PM & President..
