لاہور : طلاق اور خلع کا بڑھتا ہوا رجحان، لاہور کی عدالتوں میں فیملی مقدمات کی تعداد بڑھنے لگی، 2017ء میں 20 ہزار سے زائد مقدمات دائر ہوئے۔



کسی کو شوہر سے علیحدگی چاہئے، تو کسی نے بچوں کی حوالگی کیلئے عدالت کا دروازہ کھٹکھٹایا ہے۔



گزرے سال میں خاندانی مقدمات میں غیرمعمولی اضافہ ہوا اور کیسوں کی تعداد 20 ہزار سے تجاوز کرگئی، زیادہ تر مقدمات میں پسند کی شادی کے بعد خواتین نے علیحدگی کیلئے رجوع کیا۔



ماہر نفسیات کے مطابق طلاق اور خلع کا بڑھتا ہوا رجحان معاشرے سے قوت برداشت ختم ہونے کی نشانی ہے۔



عدالتی ریکارڈ کے مطابق ہر سال فیملی کیسز کی شرح میں 10 فیصد اضافہ دیکھنے میں آرہا ہے۔ سماء

May be. Or may be they are arranged marriages. Or may be they are both and people are just fed up with their spouses that divorce seems like right decision.

As more women are getting educated they are tolerating less abuse and cheating husbands coming out to get divorced.

Somehow there are ngos and groups that are encouraging women to leave their husbands even if disputes are small.

Both our men and women's tolerance levels are becoming low cause of hectic lives, less natural food as additives and chemicals effect hormones,distancing from religion as namaz keeps ones mind a bit cool.

At the end of day its kids who suffer. I would say people shud start seeking marriage counseling before they quit a marriage. Also women shud be educated and able to support themselves financially so that men dont take advantage of this weakness that shes dependent on me iwill make life hard.

Many men and women also cheat on their partners, that too leads to divorces.

If marriage is a right , so is divorce. People get married and divorced for various reasons. It is their own life and let them live how they want.
