China warships went there after escort mission in Somalia sea area, as navy custom, warships will visit around and have a break after escort mission.

2. Withdraw Chinese nationals from Syria if war happens, if warships there, others will give you more time to withdraw your own nationals

you do realize if we actually get involved, it be WW3. As to evacuate people, it's just one ship. A big one, but still just one. We will do as much as we can, as evident in other evacuation scenarios where we also helped people from other countries, but we can't get involved in that war.
