Replacing Pakistan Navy's Westland Sea King helicopters.

US will not sell it.
When has it actually been requested?

As I recall, the whole discussion aorund transfer of ship(s) of the Perry class to PN never included helicopters, not even used SH-2 Seasprite. This also applies to most of the other recipient navies. So, was there EVER a seperate request by Pakistan for SH-60's or -70's?

Oh. so there is no actual evidence to suggest that the SH-60 SeaHawk - or perhaps used SH-2 SeaSprite - was requested and refused, or would be refused if requested?

PN never requested SH-60s or the SH-2s.
The SH-2's were offered along with the Perry's, but this offer was later retrieved.
PN however was never interested in the SH-2's.

However, some years ago PN asked the RN to transfer some used Sea Kings, but this request was not accepted.

It doesn't say so in the US documents concerning the McInerney... nontheless:

Apparently Donald, David; Jon Lake (2000). The Encyclopedia of World Military Aircraft. NY, NY: Barnes & Noble. ISBN 0-7607-2208-0. states that Pakistan had ordered 6 SH-2Fs during the 1990s, but these were embargoed, and apparently never delivered. Several Brooke and Garcia class frigates were leased to Pakistan by the US from about 1989 to 1994, and that lease was not renewed.

EDA data shows request for the SH2 Seasprite but nothing came of it, perhaps the airframes were too old.

SH2 is useless now we are talking abut replacement not to go back in 50s era
That is missing the point, which is not 'what helicopter' but rather existence of PN requests for a helicopter type and the US willingness to supply.

Sea King is really a superb helicopter. I think if they are looking to retire it then any business men of Pakistan should look towards buying it and over haul it to use.
