china just use this carrier as a base
and use it like a training plate form
but the main Chinese problem is engine manufacturing
china still facing lot of problems in this sector due to western sanctions
but hopefully the will recover this with in 5 years

That is not an issue when it comes to nuclear propulsion. The current nuclear propulsion technology that China has is better than the US in the 1960s/1970s when the US designed and first built the Nimitz nuclear supercarriers.
