Rehman Malik should be arrested: Qadri

In a press conference at Lahore, Minhajul Quran International (MQI) chief Tahurul Qadri asked the Supreme Court of Pakistan (SC) to take suo motu action against Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik for spreading terrorism.
During the press conference, the MQI chief showed a video in which Rehman Malik stated that there was an imminent threat against Qadri at the long march.
Qadri further added that Malik did not simply say there might be an attack rather there will be one. He then asked the courts to take action against Malik on the grounds that he was spreading terrorism. He requested that Malik should be arrested and jailed.
He further added that if Malik has abundant information regarding terrorist attacks in the country, he should be thoroughly questioned and any and all information should be shared.
In the press conference, Qadri also invited the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) to join him in the long march.

And who in sane sense believes that he does his job as he should do as an Interior Minister. Does he even know how to get and read reports?

Given his qualifications, efforts, honesty, hard working nature, and always going the extra mile attitude to provide peace and security to the citizens of Pakistan, can he be somehow given the Interior Ministry job of any other country, for eg. UK his other country.

I know what you mean I been following Maliks antics since he was posted in his role but Qadri in my view should not have said what he did that he is spreading terrorism he may be inept at his job we all know but is he really to blame? the security situation was even out of control even when Musharaf was in power and after the Lal Majid siege it became far worse.

I mean Malik is in weird situation. If he hadn't given the info and God forbid something happens, people will blame him and since he released the info people will say its political move.

Qadri shouldn't have made this statement. Lives of citizens is utmost priority.

It will be very interesting to note that when the ruling govt. does its public shows, there is no threat of suicide bombing. But when an opposition intends to do, Rehman Malik has exact information as to how many, what age and where are the suicide bombers coming from.

First of all, Malik is a congenital liar. He is a fraud. His track record as home minister is extremely dismal. He is not even fit to be a minister. He did swindling of money and escaped to London. Tell me how can a grade 20 officer afford a flat in London?

So if Malik knows there is a security threat, he should quell that threat, thats his responsibility. Tahir ul Qadri has every right to to a long march. He has a democratic right. We may or may not agree with his stance.

Rahman Malik is a barber, he is a threat to Pakistan's internal security. Arresting is not enough he should be killed.
