Calm down and learn to take a balance look of the things.
Real face of America is not what you have shown. It is same like saying "Real face of Islam" and then putting pictures of Al Qaeda idiots or Taliban retards burning girls, cutting heads of men and women, or butchering innocent people.
You see, there are always many angles to different things.
America is doing fine. It will protect its interest. You should blame yourself for your shortcomings.
But what do Pakistanis do? Cry against Americans and then go on to pick PML(N) as their 'rulers' !!!
