Principal of my college asked for another extension but board of directors denied by saying "you have delivered your best, now you have nothing different and more better to offer"

Pal, governance is not handed over to anyone who expresses willingness - a certain procedure is followed for interim set-up. I am sure a more better and noncontroversial care taker will show up, and will be functionary for 2 to 3 months only, not 3 year. So thanks but no thanks!!
