the article can clarifies the fact that the Arabic language is so deep and each words has many meanings so it is difficult to identify what each word has claimed to explain..
Second thing is that those experiments are taking place to which origin of people,,,

Okay lets learn if Arabic is difficult and what is version of Quraan about it.

In 54th surah “Al Qamar” of Qur’an ul Hakeem, in ayaat number 17,22,32&40 The All-Knowing and All-Wise ALLAH s.w.t , repeats the following statement four times :-

“We have made this Qur’an easy to understand. Is there any one who will pay attention to its words”.

“Alif. Laam. Ra. ! These are the ayaat of a Book that is clearly apparent to understand (12:1.)Verily we have revealed the Qur’an in Arabic (Your mother tongue) so that you can understand it.” (12:2 )


In 41st surah Ha Meem Al-Sejadah , ayat # 44 Allah s.w.t says :-

“And if We had revealed Qur’an in a language other than Arabic ( Ajami ) then these people would have said that why have these ayaat not been clearly explained to them. How come the language of Qur’an is Ajami while their language is Arabic. Tell them, that for those who have Faith, Qur’an is Guidance and Cure for all spiritual ailments.”

In 14th Surah Abrahim a.s. ,ayat : 4. Allah s.w.t. says:-

“We have never sent a Messenger except with a message in the language of his people so that they could clearly understand the message."

Had Arabic been hard for the brain, that must never have been selected for the revelation of Quraan. Arabic is still one of the most versatile, diverse and deep language. There are Native: 186-323 million Total: 221- 452 million who speak Arabic. Its a great language and we respect it being language of Quraan and our Prophet SAWW.

i doubt israeli scientists ever saw any thai, sanskrit, their own hebrew or any east asian script!!

Arabic and Hebrew look equally complicated to me. But the professor who said Arabic is harder to read is not really insulting the language, even if that was his intention. It just means the language is a challenge and it stimulates our minds to work better

and besides, there are other languages that are very difficult to read due to their intricate detail, like Chinese and Japanese.

Arabic to become compulsory in Israeli schools

The Israeli authorities are introducing a new scheme to make Arabic-language classes compulsory in state schools.

The programme, which will start in 170 schools in northern Israel, will make lessons mandatory for fifth graders.

Education officials hope the scheme, called "Ya Salam", will turn language into a cultural bridge and promote tolerance between Jews and Arabs.

Arab students currently are required to learn Hebrew while Jewish children can take Arabic as an additional language.

But increasing demand from students to study Arabic as part of their school matriculation certificate, the Bagrut, had prompted changes to the national curriculum, officials said.

"We live in a country that has two official languages," Shlomo Alon, head of Arabic and Islamic Education at the ministry of education, was quoted as saying by Haaretz newspaper.

"Studying Arabic will promote tolerance and convey a message of acceptance."

Mr Alon said the ministry was interested in recognising all of the state's citizens and providing opportunities for Arab teachers within Israeli education. There are some 1,000 Arabic teachers, most of them Jewish.

"The state aspires to complete equality of citizenship. We will not deal with conflicts based on cultural identity," he added.

Seems like the good professor's study hasn't put anyone, even the Israelis, off the language.

Isn't this actually a good thing? Children learning English have have the tendency to picture read, and thats why some don't learn as much has they should. Doing this will make them focus more on the characteristics of the letters. BTW people this applies to a lot of other languages that use the same kind of letters, that have a lot of minute details that set them apart.

Arabic is a beautiful language, its one of my favorite languages along with Farsi, Pashto, Urdu, and English.

It might be hard to learn Arabic but its worth the effort.

I think Arabic is a bit easier than other languages to learn, it has got rules to follow unlike the other languages which everything must be memorized individually. Sarf(صر&#1601 and Naho(نح&#1608(spelling?) are there and makes life easy for the learner.
