Amongst our elders everyone did, but amongst the British born less so. Our elders lived simpler lives and gave everything they had extra to families and the less fortunate, we spend more on things like cars, expensive houses, designer clothes etc. People still give to charity but perhaps as not a high percentage of thier spare income as our elders did.

It is still practiced in our household but I do agree the new generation might not be as charitable!

Simple Solution for Pakistan


Solution 1: 35% Sales Tax
if 200,000,000 Million people in Pakistan , Pay 35% Sales Tax
200,000,000 x 0.50 (only 50% work) x Average income per month $700 x
= 70,000,000,000 (70 Billion Dollars in Pakistani People hand)
= 75% of total 70 Billion is 52,000,000,000 (52 Billion Dollar)

Apply 35% Tax on 52,000,000,000 (52 Billion
= 18.5 Billion Dollars <---This with assumption 50% of population can't work in reality I should have applied the tax 100% population to yeild 30 Billion USD figure

Solution 2: Every on pays a yearly 100 USD Tax
200,000,000 X 100 USD = 20 Billion Dollar
Just mere 100 USD each citizen NO OFFENCE BUT NOT EVEN COLLECTING 100 BUCKS IS RIDICULOUS


Folks in reality in Pakistan make between 30,000-80,000 Rupee per month
3,000-8,000 USD per month (Middle class)
1,500-2,500 USD per month (Lower Middle Class)
1,000 -1,200 USD per month (Universal Average)

And of course businessman and Farm land owner makes tones more

I am shocked at the amount of slack in Pakistan everyone points the finger at sky and 360 degree where the money goes
