I just stated a simple fact. Military like any state dept is subservient to the govt of the day and It is The govt which arranges resources for every employees bread and butter . So, nobody be it civil or military service men appears out of thin air and start discharging their assigned functions for the greater good of humanity .

Btw how are the functions and sanctity of any institute could be taken as a defence to avoid accountability?
