First of all u r talking out of context.U r talking about LTTE,the insurgent group which killed Sri Lankan PM. Even our Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi was killed by the same group. In Kashmir too Pakistani based militant groups too had introduced suicide attacks known as Fidayeen
