Quite interesting, however the Author fails to mention any source however, he does mention some choice pieces like

You can recede into denial, but 1965 is a fact of history, as of the Sri Lankan writing for Nepal.....it makes it all the more authentic and neutral, for one defending his own skin would then make your dilemma some what materialistic.

Hey, I can't tell you the number of false scares the intel agencies have created here in the UK in the past 5 years it seems almost weekly now. But what we don't know is how many threats are real and these guys do foil- same goes for RAW. I've heard very good things about RAW (aswell as IB) from American and Brit friends employed in the defence sector and defiantly one of the best such agencies in the world.

However for some RAW will always be the eternal "bogey man" for some. I saw an article posted in BD section where on of hteir main points to try an demonize RAW was RAW was WAR spelt backwards!!! LMAO!!

Correct, they do not need any link, but the context in which you quoted the article meant that you 'know' about the operations of RAW. Tommorow, I can write anything and everything I feel like writing whether correct or not it does not matter, however quoting it as a kind of confirmation/proof is an insult to any dicussion and any reasonable person as both should follow 'facts'. Media comes under the purview of constitution of India and can be dragged to court if they mis-represent facts knowingly. But you seem to change facts themselves.
