I don't see Erdogan unrecognizing Israel.
It does not matter they accepted Israel in military rule or in democracy rule,
They can Revoke Israeli Recognization like Irani Mullah did, But they did not choose to Revoke..
An unfortunate fact but one that needs to be highlighted that despite larger Muslim opinion on this confirmed by NGO's and even relevant Israeli ministries that the vast majority of those nations citizens do not support normalization with Israel the tyrannical regimes they've been forced to live under continue ahead with it.
Israeli Ministry of Strategic Affairs | 90% of the discourse on social media in Arabic about normalization with Israel - negative
DOHA Institute | 88% of Arabs oppose normalization with Israel
So Israel makes friends with nations that are not free and under authoritarian rule.
The question isn't whether this has happened or whether we'll see more of it but rather is this sustainable?
Turkey is in a unique situation in that it is a member of NATO and is seeking to enter the EU which Erdogan knows will use the Israeli issue to try and keep them out. However, Israel's own intelligence assessments paint Turkey as a growing threat even worse than Iran:

Despite the normalization only 10% of Turks see Israel as having a positive influence (so this is across ideological boundaries):

Turkey didn't even post an ambassador to Israel for the last 2 years until just a few days ago and that only to ease tensions with the incoming Biden administration in the US over the S-400 purchases.
I'm sorry but the moment these dictatorships fall and representative governments take their place like we witnessed in Turkey, Tunisia, Libya, etc... they don't want anything to do with Israel.
@BlueWhales referenced a great point regarding Iran a nation that was not a member of NATO, not seeking entry into the EU and even though it was a part of CENTO it didn't actually benefit from it.
You can't "buy" friends, recognition, support and peace at least not for very long.
The problem with you guys is that you only see the present, you can't see it in the context of the past so you don't understand the future.
