Rank of Countries by Space Technology (REQUEST!)

Six months have passed in 2012 and every single Chinese rocket launch has been successful.

Chinese rocket technology is mature and arguably the most reliable on the planet.

I know China has the best rocket launch record in the last 2 1/2 years.

Can anyone who is interested in making his point further on this thread refute to that? I cant!

China space program budget is $1.3 billion, same as India's. After doing some research, I found that in some areas India is much better than China.

Now, I will make small change to the list I prepared in my previous post

Guys, I think you all are overlooking one important FACT! including myself:

the report was released on Aug 15, 2011 so their study was done well before that date. China has made a no of advanced aerospace launches after Aug 2011 and we have also successfully completed Tiangong 1 rendezvous and docking with Shenzhou 8 in space on Nov 2011. I am sure this is the missing link!

When these are taken into account, I am sure China's ranking should go up!

Our nation is great at working, but not great at talking and boasting.

ranking is done on the basis of something same or at least similar things....space capabilities are very versatile....if u wanna rank...try ranking on sub-topics

for example....inter-planetary missions, manned missions, satellite life etc...search for "asian space race" on wikipedia n search how in an organised way it has ranked india china n japan

Are you sure about that?

Every year the Pentagon will make a report about China's military strength, and they usually give a manner that China is much stronger than its neighbors and much weaker than US, so all of China's neighbors need to stick with US.

Whether they give the accurate report or not, they have no right to point finger at us on our domestic affairs.

We have not invaded a single country, while US has already invaded 3 nations with sovereignty in the last decade, so they have no right to paint us as the aggressor.
