Ramco Systems spikes 7% on order from aircraft manufacturer for JV in China

Ramco Systems shares surged 6.6 percent intraday Tuesday on signing contract with aircraft manufacturer for its China operations.

"After entering the Greater Chinese Aviation market with Far Eastern Air Transport in 2016 followed by Bedek-Lingyun (Belinco), and China Southern Airlines General Aviation, Ramco has secured an order from one of the global top 5 aircraft original equipment manufacturers for its joint venture in China," the global aviation software provider said in its filing.

Ramco will help the China based manufacturing centre to embrace latest technology offerings to automate its maintenance & engineering (M&E), supply chain, finance, HCM and payroll functions on a unified platform.


"With this win, we now have 2 of the top 5 global aircraft OEMs as our client," Virender Aggarwal, CEO said.

Ramco's ability to address the end-to-end needs of the aviation industry with a comprehensive offering and experience with existing customers in the Chinese region played a key role in winning this strategic deal, he added.

It wasnt. The fact IA discovered China had constructed an road in Aksai Chin only in 1955-56. However to be fair to both British and Chinese, this region was uninhabited land used for nothing and British formally inducted that region in India, without establishing a single presence.

China however ran over Arunachal Pradesh rapidly on the East, however they eventually withdrew knowing they cant maintain supply lines in Winter and their (and ours) infrastructure is weak. Its a decisive Chinese victory no doubt, but at the end of the war the status quo was maintained.
