Rahat is a tax evader. In fact he doesn't even have a tax registration number in Pakistan.

He has claimed that he never took any money for any performance in Pakistan. He did it all for free. FOR FREE!

No they don't. They have very few agreements unfortunately.
Relations between the two countries would be better if they had more agreements.

Why is the non Indian culprit and repeat offender allowed to leave India without facing Jail ? India does not extend the same courtesy to Indian citizens who are caught.

Oh Well, Pakistan should learn from this and take such actions inside Pakistan itself and increase its revenue for the tax office..........Rahat Fateh Ali Khan may or may not have learnt anything from this, by going to another Country, he should have at least hired an agent and manager to advise himon such issues, rather then thinking about making a quick few bucks and making a runner, if he has broken the law in India with regards to Taxes, then so be it, he should be punished.
