Radars produced by Pakistan?

. . .
Maybe it's ingrained in Pakistani corporate culture?

More to do with our British connection of the past I guess... But it's more ocassional. I don't agree with addressing ones seniors as just sir all the time.

.
change the topic to "yes sir no sir".

. . .
I even adress my juniors as sir... nothing wrong with.

Remember that air blue plane that went down in margala hills---the co pilot was left saying----sir we are too low---sir this sir that----didn't have the courage to take charge----smashed into the mountain calling sir sir sir----.

This 'sir' culture as used in Pakistan is pathetic.

Sir is used as the English equivalent of janab or sahib... What you are referring to us the "yes sir" culture... I hate that but nothings wrong With giving respect while still putting ones point firmly across.

specialized DSP chips that are needed for AESA type radars

In real world,or to be more practical, most of radar's signal processing, both in time and frequency domain is done on FPGA's made by either ALTERA or XILINX corp!- my own experience!

I think now everything is moving towards privatization and Pak will totally be dependable on the private sector.

.
from last 67 years or so we just invested in human's instead of technology, in the sector of Armed forces, its now we have to change gear, and start giving serious attention towards investment in technology and R&D.
