Looks like that and I believe it was an honest mistake, which hotel management tried to address through offering them with freebies. However, as I have also experienced when in States, at times certain blacks do indeed overly and disproportionately react and make a mountain out of a molehill.

when i read the title of this thread i was surprised because so many Pakistanis are more black and majority of Indians in UAE are more black so if it was racial profiling then they would have faced the same

Please get your facts right.

Arabs work shoulder to shoulder with non-Arabs be it in a bar, at reception, room service, restaurants etc.
