No there is no Mention of Allah anywhere in Vedas, it's made up stuff by Zakir Naik types.
Recently there is a trend that Christians claim even Jesus was mentioned in Vedas.So everyone is in their process of DIGESTING HINDUISM AND ITS SCRIPTURES!
There is no Allah or Jesus mentioned in our Texts, those who say such things are trying to push forward their deliberately falsified version of Vedas and make them appear as truth.
