Well never take generals seriously specially when they are retired. I mean look at General Hamid Gul and General Musharraf.

Every country has its own set of conspiracy theories. Not everyone believes them.

US is only allowed to only conduct operations in FATA, not in Quetta. Their target is taliban, not Quetta shura.

They can repeatedly say anything but their credibility is BIG ZERO. Specially after Iraq episode, you really think that anyone will take them seriously.

I think this was posted many times in this forum that US is not allowed to hit areas other than FATA, no matter how hard they try. They can't spread it.
