I've come to notice that western people are comfortable to shit in their underwear as opposed to cleaning their ***. After living here in west for 20+ years, I realized that they are very unhygienic people in general. They will rub the testicles of their dogs, eat dinner, then shake hands with you.

If there is any problem, a shower will solve it. A post-shower pre-poop situation works good for certain activities. Sometimes, even a post-poop pre-shower situation can be worth it, depending on situation.
