Question for supporters of TLP's actions

Aoa

sc is not Islamic court this is religious matter and should be decided by ulema who have indepth knowledge of Islam. There is also no clear orders of not punishing blasphmer so this is complex issue and Imam Malik R.A had more knowledge and understanding of Holy Quran and Hadees than us he said that blasphmer has no right to live

You are making it about the punishment of a blasphemer. The SC acquitted her of the charge - it did not say she has been forgiven or that blasphemy is okay.

So tell me what was Imam Malik rehmatullahale's opinion on executing someone without sufficient evidence?

....

.
You are assuming that there are logical answers to these questions, and assuming that any reasonable conversation to be had with people who can't be reasoned with.

You're asking for too much if you are hoping they will use that brain which God has blessed them with.

Asking them whether they'll at least spare an innocent or falsely accused from death is the right idea, it appeals to the heart and Islamic morality, even if the question bypasses a brain which is currently not in use, the answer to this question might separate the humans among them from the maniacs.

Reading one article not make us alim.I think matter should be decided by ulema council with members from all sects it is very complex issue and those who have spend whole life in attaining religious knowledge can decide better than sc judges which has no such knowledge and using western law to deal with this case

Do you know that as per Maliki Fiqh, Aasia BB, being a woman, cannot be sentenced to death for committing blasphemy?? Do your homework first
This can only be decided by ulema not you and me as we have no indepth knowledge and studying anything apparently not make us religious scholar.I think Islamic scholars from all schools of thought are united on this punishment law so it is better her fate is decided by ulema council from all sects

It is not a religious matter...It is common sense...No matter what happens you dont break public property it is loss to the country and its people!

It is common sense no matter what 1 person utters, nothing is going to decrease the respect of our Prophet!
It is common sense no words can harm my Prophet!
It is common sense you need proof and proper witness not contradicting statements from 2 people who cant get their stories right!
It is common sense she served for 8 yrs in jail she has done her time!

Can you show me such Hadith where he stated kill them?!

When Prophet never allowed killing of people who uttered hatred to him (example of Jewish woman who threw trash on him EVERYDAY) and Prophet didnt ask her head to be removed so who is Imam Malik to allow it?
Again imam Malik knows better than us the meaning of these Hadees and their context than us as he is more close to Prophet(P.B.U.H) times than us

There is a basic level of understanding we are all, as Muslims, required to have of the deen.

Otherwise how would you know which of the ulema are correct and which are not? How do you decide if one alim has a stronger daleel or another?

You do know that on that day we will all have to answer for our own deeds - no one else will come to answer on our behalf.

Are we not obligated to learn the basics of Islam enough that we can differentiate between strong and weak daleel?

Do also follow Imam Malik r.a in the way he prayer namaz? Or support his view of the one who abbandons salah/namaz?

Do you also follow Imam Malik in his aqeedah as well where it differs for that of khadim Rizvi?

How do you pick which of the opinions of Imam Malik r.a you want to follow and which you don't?

...?

I have given imam Malik as one reference for example .i follow all imams and I not say hang or kill asia bibi but we need ulema council from all sects and they should give common statement on her case

My good brother, that is a good sentiment, but how do you go about doing it?

Since there is, sometimes, disagreement between the imams of the schools of jurisprudence, how do you decide who to follow when the imams diagree on a certain issue?

Thank you for answering

That is decided by consulting ulema Ahlesunnat who have spend their whole life in attaining religious education and whose saying seems to be in accordance with Holy Quran and Hadees .i disagree with khadim rizvi on many matters when he speaks opposite to teaching of Islam like when he abuse others or use comments which have risk of shirk .Remember true ulema have firm belief in Tauheed and they avoid shirk in any form and also love Prophet (P.B.UH)

.
Due to poor economic condition such people who do menial jobs for low wages will prefer asylum in u.s or europe for better life and if she get it many others like her will be encouraged to do blasphemy and use it to seek asylum for better living abroad. There were reports that she is earning huge amount for her book which was written by french for her when she was in jail

it is better you people make peaceful atmosphere at home so that nobody is forced to leave pakistan.

.
Who will stop her if she go abroad and do blasphemy like bhensa group did.west have given awards to these blasphmer openly and there is high possibility she will be used by geert wilders as he is fully supporting her on twitter
if evil west needs to do blasphemy then they can find many more educated people not some peasant. the world knows her as an innocent peasant who was forced to confess because of some revenge. kill her and anti islam element will get 1000s times stronger and millions of muslims living in non muslim land will face all sort of bullying because some short cut muslims like u wants to go to heaven the short cut way.
what about the old lady who use to throw trash at prophet mohammed pbhm. do u and ur child porno mullahs wanna go and search her body and hang her even though she was forgiven? congratulations u have fallen in cia raw mossad trap, keep turning ur country into a even more chithole country.
remember what india said. they will finish pakistsn without going to war cuz they will just watch us fight among ourself.

That Bin Hamid guy is a drone.

Reason and rationale doesn't exist with him as far as I see.

This is truly sad.

Only reading one Islamic incident of Prophet(P.B.U.H) not make you alim better consult with ulema who have indepth knowledge of Islam before reaching conclusion. At earlier days of Islam drinking whine was not a sin so a person who has limited knowledge will give it as a proof that drinking is allowed in Islam as he not know about Islamic orders later.Ijtehad is also part of Islam and the blasphemy law was formed by collective conclusion of highly knowledgable ulema which we not possess

This mentality is the one keeping you uneducated and in the dark.

You're hopeless, unreasonable, and dumb.

That is a reasonable approach however, just remember that the ulema of all sects and religions have spent a great deal of time studying their sect/religion.

We have to have sufficient understanding of the basic rules of interpretation to be able to understand the strength of the daleel being presented.

It's important to know where the Quran and Sunnah's direct order ends and the opinion of the Aalim begins.

Remember, there are a few matters in which the Quran and Sunnah give explicit orders. Most of the time it is a matter of deducing lessons from the Quran and Sunnah and being able to apply to the situation at hand.

This requires not just a good comprehensive understanding of the Quran and Sunnah but also a good understanding of the situation into which it must be applied.

So for instance, if you read the Saudi fatwa behind barring women from driving you'd see they used the reason that it would spread fitna as the main reason. Then when it was allowed, the ulema gave the reason that if women could ride camels then, they can drive now as well. Both used Quran and Sunnah as basis and got opposite results. Because a lot of issues of today rely on deduction and the opinion of the one deducing.

So many ulema have a reasonable understanding of the Quran and Sunnah (a whole lot, I've seen do not) but not a great number seem to understand how the modern world works. The intricacies of the way the socio-economics of our world are not understood by them as these are absolutely vast subjects now, and people who understand both the Quran and Sunnah as well as the modern world are very few indeed.

An example of this was the recent video of how K.H Rizvi thought simply refusing to pay our financial obligations to the international community by saying Interest is haram, and as for the principle amount we shall pay whenever we feel like it, would be a viable strategy.

Point is that it is very important to understand how Islamic jurisprudence works so we can exercise some diligence ourselves.

Remember when a companion Adi r.a asked RasulAllah pbuh about the Ayah

اتَّخَذُواْ أَحْبَـرَهُمْ وَرُهْبَـنَهُمْ أَرْبَاباً مِّن دُونِ اللَّهِ
(Quran 9:31)

They took their rabbis and their monks to be their lords besides Allah). `Adi commented, "I said, `They did not worship them.''' The Prophet said,

«بَلَى إِنَّهُمْ حَرَّمُوا عَلَيْهِمُ الْحَلَالَ وَأَحَلُّوا لَهُمُ الْحَرَامَ فَاتَّبَعُوهُمْ فَذَلِكَ عِبَادَتُهُمْ إِيَّاهُم»

(Yes they did. They (rabbis and monks) prohibited the allowed for them (Christians and Jews) and allowed the prohibited, and they obeyed them. This is how they worshipped them.)

We should be careful lest we too fall into the same trap as the people before us did.

May Allah have mercy on us guide us all
