Even the J-10 is more likely than the SU-35. Integration of SU-35s into TuAF is very challenging and not only about political problems, the main challenge is technical infrastructure, training&documentation, maintenance and standards (weapons-avionics), an infrastructure investment is required, as if establishing a completely independent new air force. (China has more flexible solutions in these areas due to some past experience, sorry but I won't go into too much detail on this.)

What's more, Russia is in active war and is likely to be grappling with many problems on supply lines due to embargoes and export restrictions.

Let me tell you what will happen: If the F-16 negotiations fail, the Tranche-1s in the hands of the RAF will be received as a grant and they will undergo a modernization together with the UK companies. Qatar's EF T3s will first arrive in Konya, followed by an ownership transfer and urgent needs will be met. Or if there is an additional quantity that Qatar has recently optioned on the EF production line, this right may be granted to TR. Or these jets can be obtained from the UK as second hand. If Germany does not take a stance otherwise, 2-3 fleets of new aircraft are ordered and lined up in the order book. While these will be experienced in the supply of new aircraft, AESA radar and new generation A-A missiles will be integrated into all B-30s.

My understanding is that the MSB does not want to invest in new infrastructure because it is already running its own fighter programs. In other words, the need for additional 4-5 squadron of the aircraft today is more like a stop-gap.
