Your post was gloating about the mumbai attacks. If you carefully study a map, you might realize that Mumbai is not in Kashmir. You were indirectly boasting about what your terrorists did in MUmbai, not in Kashmir. It was to that post that I responded, that you cannot expect us to be as succesful as Pakistan, against terrorism. And if you still don't get it, it was meant to be sarcastic. We killed your jihadi terrorists with minimal loss of lives, and no such attack has taken place since then. Whereas a 26/11 happens in Pak practically every other day.

You might want to stop gloating about murderers killing civilians in Mumbai, as if that makes our army weak. It doesn't, it just makes your jihadis scum. I could ask similar stupid questions like "where was the mighty USAF and green berets and deltas and rangers when 9/11 happened?" to demonstrate the absurdity of your reasoning. But that would be pointless, because once again the sarcasm may be lost on you.

To keep it short, and on topic - anybody who enters Indian Kashmir with insidious intent will be killed, just as their jihadi predecessors have been. Doesn't matter if it is your SSG (remember operation grandslam/grandmess?), or your army, or your tanks, or your jihadis, or afghan mercenaries brought in because you are too cowardly to fight your own fight. A former Indian home ministry officer submitted his declaration in the Supreme Court of India which said that he was told by a former member of the CBI-SIT team that both the terror attacks (Parliament and Mumbai) were staged "with the objective of strengthening the counter-terror legislation(sic)."

The affidavit also included reference to the attack on the Indian parliament in December 2001 which was followed by the controversial Prevention of Terrorism Act (Pota), and the 2008 Mumbai attacks which led to amendments in the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA).

The revelations came during a hearing in the Indian Supreme Court regarding the killing of a 19-year-old Indian Muslim girl in India's Gujrat state in June 2004.

Indian police had claimed that Ishrat Jahan and three Muslim men, two of them alleged to be Pakistanis, were killed as they set off with a stash of arms and explosives to kill Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi.

The murder plot was refuted by the victim's mother who had called for an investigation to take place on a federal level.

Indian RAW cracks down on Mossad operations in India

An Israeli Chabad sect couple, Rabbi Sheneor Zalman and his wife Yaffa Shenoi, have been told by Kerala police to leave India in fifteen days. The two are suspected by the Indian intelligence, the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) of being involved in a covert operation in India linked to the 2008 Mumbai terrorist attack in which six Chabad members were killed in a shootout between Dawood Ibrahim’s Pakistan-based gangsters and the residents of Mumbai’s Chabad House. The OP article shows indian concern about "Qaeda" (not Al Qaeda) entry into Jammu and Kashmir, unless the newly appointed OIC observer is called Qaeda, one can not see any base or substance for this concen. Oh you are too generous. Indian army is useless - Pakistani army is the real deal. PA has captured Islamabad thrice, IA hasn't managed it even once. Even now, as you praise IA, it is PA in fact which is on a yet another victorious march in Wazirstan, bombing enemy villages to stone age with air-force and artillery. Every couple of years, PA does a successful campaign in FATA/Waziristan etc. IA has never managed to reach these places. PA has provided volunteers for peace keeping missions - such as in Bahrain. IA hasn't. PA generals are multi-millionaires (USD), Indian generals drive around in Maruti 800s and other middle class vehicles. PA rocks!
