Qadri's stance right, but PTI will not stand by him: Imran

shows that Imran doesnot have that "subtle sight" to understand "power games", he is a straightforward, and hence doesnot understand what can be Qadri's real intentions which are very doubtful right from 80s when he was planted in Lahore by the abba ji aka mian sharif...

unnecessary statement, I must say.

Not really, I thought he did the right thing by clarifying this point.

There was immense speculation even here on the forums about PTI teaming up with TMQP/Qadri and Muttahida. I'd say some were hoping to negatively affect I.Khan's image by pairing him with someone like Qadri.

While there's nothing wrong with Mr.Qadri's views, his political acumen is questionable to say the least.
Serves PTI better to uphold the movement's aim but stay away from criticism on Qadri's politics.

IK is right some reasons are

1. PTI is busy with party election.
2. They dont want to give "Shaeed" label to PPP
3. PPP has chance to do it right by choosing neutral caretaker with all parties on board
4. Election er just few months away
5. IK knows his best chance in many years are in next election.

So in other words this march is too late and timing looks fishy.

.
what a bunch of nonsense
PTI has it's strategy of doing everything according to the law and bringing about change by 1. doing elections in it's own party 2. Is the only party in Pakistan that has a plan before the elections ie economic policy, energy policy, education policy, etc. Name one other party that has such a coherent strategy, not even the ruling Pee Pee Pee have any real coherent policies.
and 3. they will bring out the youth vote who provide passion and energy to the party.

All these other guys just talk big and deliver on nothing.
It's easy to declare a "long march" but then what?
What is your plan?
What is your policy?
Where will you go?

Only fool can think like this , its the chance he may join in surly will become larger thn MQM cause PTI,s heavy presence in punjab which will auto-maticly give him the needed room?
While altaf hussain sitting in london may MQM runaway itself cause the ever existing leadership vacum on thE ground. & even with MQM that will give him the needed punch as a head of grand leader who is equaly popular in lahore & karachi & can be real leader challenging the muk-muka mafia for the required & needed change in pakistan?
& if the elections been called after that he still can manage & win alone without any allaince ?
Bt that's all needs political wisdom at the crucial times?
All his race ends to mansora , the headquater of JI who he thinks the best of allies???
Time will tell he made a great mistake by not leading the winds of change in pakistan ,when it was there???

i guess army want JI to make alliance with PMLN, Army give green signal to both of them but JI afraid of PTI.
They want PTI, PTI will never handshake with MQM before election but after YES.
if PTI joins MQM then lost JI, credibility, KP province and in LAhore.
BOTH JI and PTI need each other.

OR

Only now, IK understands fully what’s the “great game” really is, and as usual couldn’t agree to be used mere as “tissue paper” no matter what, for me this is Imran’s moment of maturity…….something NS learns it back in early 90s!!:coffee:

time will tell, but one thing is for sure that the tissue paper you are holding on to was used for 25 years to clean shiittt... and its hell of a dirty tissue.... and NS never learned a damn thing, he doesnot have a brain cell that can help him learn anything he is still that kid who wants his lost toy !!

the speculation arose from a weak statement by Imran, isssued without consultation with the party CEC..

and since than clarifications are being offered... this all could have been avoided...

Are you referring to what he said about the agendas being same? Hashmi also said something to that effect in the UK but no one said anything about joining TMQP at all.

I don't know why people automatically assumed that PTI might join forces ?

PTi is correct in not siding with this "march" if anything it is another example of organized chaos. I have been reading up on Mr. Qadri and his teachings, he has some valid points but at his heart he is a mullah and dreams of reviving the old Caliphate system. Smells like a certain UK based banned outfit if you ask me (hint: Hizb ut-Tahrir Britain).

He did make several visits to MYL offices in UK during 2011. I have no problem with the likes of Qadri emerging on the political front, afterall we all know that the Quilliam Foundation has for years been trying to sell the idea of "Sufi" mullahs as being "friendlier" mullahs to work with in the Muslim world.

Quilliam's intervention in SE Asia can be traced back to pre partition days, although the majority of the information determinate by the foundation is of merit, the overall goal is that of teaching muslims, how to become "better muslims". No offence, but if i want to become a better muslim i will read the Quran and Bukhari.

This "pope" effect as i call it, is very disturbing and any unity loving Pakistani should view it with a certain degree of skepticism. Religion and Politics have no harmony, the sooner our people learn to accept and respect that, the sooner we can march towards a path of development and prosperity.
