More than 70% of bureaucracy is in Punjab departments- by Law only 30% can be- rest should be departmental promotions-

On the other hand, a case was registered against two other doctors charging them with Section 302 in Gawalmandi police station after a baby died in Lahore as no doctor was around to provide treatment to the seriously ill child.
