Its Good to see punjab government is doing their job but when will in other provinces our leaders do this too. Why not specially in karachi which is port city for trading ... I hope it happens soon enough. Congratulations Pakistani's this is good and metro system is magnificent too
I think it is not just the city planning, but the people are becoming educated and cultured as well. Dengue taught people a lesson the hard way. Before Dengue, I used to see people ignore puddles of water on the street. They used to liter as well. This resulted in the dengue epidemics. Ever since then, it seems people are more conscious of water on streets and neighborhoods. Also, they try not to liter now and keep the neighborhood clean.
