It was NOT elective choice. It was forced creation by a brutal use of force of a imperial power from Europe.
You could say whatever you want today. But the reality of those day was this that Sindh or Punjab were going to get the independence from the British Empire without the COMBINED struggle of whole India. And this same COMBINED who India gave majority vote against the creation of Pakistan, but still Pakistan was created on the bases that a community is allowed to take it's affairs in it's own hand and should not be ruled by the outer Majority.
Can you imagine the people whose province you want to divide had not voted for Pakistan in 1947? Your backside would still be enjoying Hindu hospitality.
First you imagine that without the campaign of the people of these Indian provinces, there would have been no Pakistan and you would have still been a part of majority Hindu India.
And now understand the sacrifice of the migrants. Not only that they left all their homes and properties in India, but also that half of their families are still in India and they are the ones who not only have to bear the burden of being Muslim, but also have to bear the hatred of Hindus for creation of Pakistan. I hope you are not blind enough see the sacrifice of these people and keep on claiming as if it is Ihsaan of present Pakistan to accept the migrants.
Show some regard for the Sindhi's.
Off course. But at the same time you show some regard to the sacrifice of the migrants too and don't try to be rude to deny their contributions and you have to accept them as the son of the soil too, which still has not happened from Sindhis or you.
They have equal rights to Pakistan as you or the Sindhis have.
Or you want to act like Jewish migrant settlers in Palestine?
Here we go. You have shown your real mentality here where instead of accepting migrants as the son of soil, you are considering them as the illegal Occupier as Zionists.
This is a mental disease of yours and you have to overcome it and accept the Pakistani migrants as son of the soil, having exactly equal rights to the land of Pakistan as you or the Sindhis have.
They came. They saw. They carved. They took over.
False mentality.
They got the right to come. They have the right to take their affairs in their own hand. They have the right to not to remain a slave of people of interior Sindh. They have the right to develop Karachi and they have the right to get rid of the control of Wadayrahs of interior Sindh who converted whole Karachi into garbage and usurped all the rights of the local population of Karachi.
Moreover, people of Karachi don't want to rule over the people of interior Sindh, nor they want to usurp any of their right of self-rule. They are only demanding their rights which is totally correct.
Frankly it is of no direct concern to me but if ever attempt was made to carve Sindh expect civil war to break out.
Extremist Hindus also threatened of civil war at time of the creation of Pakistan.
You don't have to threaten the people of Karachi and to compel them to stay as slaves of the Wadayrahs of Sindh, but you have to give them their rightful rights. A progressing Karachi is in best interests of Pakistan.
Otherwise sooner or later there will be a start of civil war from the side of the people of Karachi, which you may want to crush through killing and bloodshed, but again it will not serve for the interests of Pakistan.
Therefore, stop emotionally blackmailing the people of Karachi in name of civil war, but give them their due human rights.
