it took centuries for a tiny tiny population of Norway (5+ million) and lots and lots of hard work, and kings and queens to get Norway to bring it where it is now.

LOLZ. Norway was a dirt poor country before oil was discovered. But it wasn't just this that turned this nation into one of the most prosperous ones. It was their ethical value system with universal justice, equality of law, education, healthcare and income. There are numerous other oil rich states that are nowhere near Norway like prosperity because they lack these values

Why because the cases should gradually flow from lower courts to the highest courts.

LOLZ. In 2007, in local district elections, a Pakistani candidate rigged in city council election where I live. When the news broke out, entire district election results were annulled. He was sent to jail by police, not any election commission or courts. More, he was kicked from the party immediately. It happened in matters of days not weeks or months. A justice delayed is justice denied.
