so called "irregularities" are in reality planned....

Yes no doubt abt it... Such level of irregularities require incompetence that itself demands investigation but this is rigging guised under irregularities. The biggest problem with these decisions is that they don't define irregularities.

You had ayyaz Sadiq saying that irregularities aren't his fault since he has no power on them thus he is no criminal. The decision needs to explain how these irregularities came to be and what were they and which candidate benefitted the most from them.

Loose lips sink ships... PML(N) must put their disinformation minister to leash. Looks like he is pretty impressed with Bharati media.

It would however be interesting to see if PTI's candidates win these seats in the by-elections or not.

I think all this is a topi drama, dramaybazi by election tribunals just to get PTI off their back, they are writing the verdict is such a way that it can be challenged in SC....Their is no rigging, but irregularities, array bhai come clean....

Sorry but "No rigging' is no such thing in Pakistan.

Irregularities called RIGGING. 10 - 15,000 Salary paid officer sitting in the polling station for what reason doing so called irregularity? off course he/she has some pressure from some side. JC report has nothing to do with the constitution... anytime Supreme Court of Pakistan will declare that JC report Null & void because one side JC has no cover of constitution or Supreme Court, second findings also contradict with the final result in the report. World will only accept what constitution of any country decided unlike two people (NS & IK) decided any JC/AC/TC and finalize the decision of state level elections... SC - Tribunal of EC (Under constitution) declared 3 important government candidate NULL & VOID!

The point is not Re-Elections BS... the entire election is rigged whether by PMLN, PTI, PPP, MQM and so on.... simply the rule of thumb in the entire world is "Re-elections with Electronic Balloting unlike such BS woh janaab finger print saaf nahe hain blaa nahe hain blaa nahe thay woh banday ke tasveer nahe the and so on....

Looks like Imran Khan is on a roll....On a serious note what sort of implications are these results going to have on the election commission..i mean there is a serious question mark on their credibility as an institution

I personally feel it is very significant specially in view that this will at least help in bringing election reforms. We must focus on democratic process and election reforms are good for democracy

Justice delayed is Justice denied.

What these decisions will do now? And the verdicts by these Tribunals are worthless. They are not holding anyone responsible, not punishing anyone and are not using word "Rigging". Instead they are just calling it mis-management by ECP.

The question is, if it really was mis-management on ECP's side then in all these constituencies NA-125, 122, 154 we have clear evidences that PML-N was the beneficiary party. IK demanded audit of 4 constituencies, and out of these four 3 proved massive mis-management aka rigging.

2013 elections has lost its credibility, this govt is not legitimate govt. Strangers had been representing us all over the world since past 2 and half years. What a shame.
