This will damage not just Hanif Abassi, but also Noon-league henceforth Pti should highlight this and inflict maximum damage. If we look at history, the Klu Klux clan was very strong in the 1920s, but went the leader and his cohorts were charged with the murder and rape of an innocent girl, there popularity declined. We can use this same example in this instance where noon league will go into further decline. What is quite perplexing is the idea that someone will kill another just for power.

Yar I personally respect this guy Kashif Abbasi alot... I have seen him in no less than half of PTI jalsas in Lahore... even in some jalsas where he had nothing to do... but he was there to support PTI/Imran Khan.... he is such a jiyala... full respect

Imran Khan served notice on violation of election code

LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan was served a notice on Thursday over alleged violation of the election commission’s code of conduct.
The PTI chief had held a rally at the Mall Road a few days ago without the permission of the authorities. He appeared in the district returning officer’s court in person and received the notice. Later, talking to the media he said that he believed in the rule of law and respects the courts but did not do anything wrong to gain political mileage. He answered several questions and said that his opponents were levelling allegations without confirming facts.
Imran categorically stated that he is not going to change any article in the constitution in favour of Ahmedis and such rumours are part of a conspiracy campaign by his opponents to malign him politically. He observed that once a campaign was launched by his opponents about his wife claiming that she was a Jew although she is a Christian. The same way, he said, his detractors are claiming that he would amend the constitution in favour of Ahmedis if voted to power. Imran clarified that there was no facts behind claims from his opponents, especially the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman who, he added, are involved in conspiracies against him. He also said that Maulana Fazlur Rehman had no worth in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa now and was going to lose the election against his party in the province. He alleged that the PML-N is also busy hatching conspiracies against him.
After the court appearance Imran held public meetings in four different constituencies of the city in the night hours. The PTI, considered a liberal right-wing party as opposed to the centre right-wing PML-N, is gaining popularity and approval among the masses. Imran is holding four to six public meetings a day since the last ten days regularly as compare to other political parties’ leaderships who are holding just one or two election processions a day.
The PTI chairman reached Lahore after addressing two separate meetings in Sargodha and Pasroor on Thursday evening where he was to address four public meetings in different constituencies of the city, including NA-124, NA-130, NA-125, and NA-126. According to the party schedule, Imran was to complete his four meetings within three hours but due to a huge crowd, his first meeting could not start at 9pm as per schedule. Earlier, addressing the public gatherings in Pasroor and Sargodha, he announced that he would end unemployment and inflation in the country. He also criticised drone attacks and said he wished to free the nation from “American slavery”.
