PTI and PPP opposing Military courts

Credit should be given to Nawaz and Nisar for military courts. Other parties quickly changed their tune day after massacre and were quite happy with status quo.

I havent read the above article but just for clarification, reason why political parties are apprehensive is because military courts trying civilian cases like non-combatants helping terrorist example... is extra constitutional Zia the spawn of satan did this against his political enemies "PPP" during the 70s and 80s military courts would sentence civilians on trumped up charges against the country publicly lashing of political activist or hangings. Thats why the parties are cautious to not hand over simple majority for a bill that needs to be debated. Bills are passed in two ways in parliament Major bills(Constitutional amendments) like Military courts which is on the table right now if major constitutional changes are made then it will require new elections of government with special reasons for that sort of amendment. However the other way is through simple majority passing a legislation according to one of Pakistans top lawyer Aitzaz Ahsan one can extend the military courts to try Taliban combatants in war situation their engaged in war against us. However we dont as a nation want a military court intervening civilian matters like before if tomorrow one moron general decides to take over the country it will be repeat of Zia era torture extra judicial killing flogging hangings thats what bothering political parties. As for pti and the rest of the mullah pro gang JUI etc there just supporters of Taliscums nothing you can do about that.
